MOBILE FLOW METER CALIBRATION SYSTEM TROLLEY MOUNTED WITH COMPARISON METHOD
- MOBI-FMCS 1580 Mobile Flow Meter Calibration System is designed for calibrating flow meters of sizes from DN 15 to DN 80 through Comparison Method.
- The System has Two Trolley Type Section (One with Reservoir & Pumps Section and the other Test Rig with Master Electro Magnetic Flow Meters) & this Calibration system is manually operated.
- Test Rig has Single Test Line to accommodate / mount Unit under Test. Only one No. of Flow meter can be calibrated at a time.
- Calibrated & Certified Electromagnetic Flow meters will be used as the Standard / Reference Masters against which the Flow Meter under Test will be calibrated. To effectively cover the Flow Rates (from minimum 5 LPM to maximum 1500 LPM) in Meter Sizes (DN 15 to DN 80), Two Nos. of Electromagnetic Flow meter (DN 15 & DN65) shall be used as “Standard”.
Calibrated Accuracy of the Electromagnetic Flow meter shall be ± 0.2% of Reading.
- Pressure Measurement devices will be provided at both Upstream / Downstream of the test rig to measure the Inlet / Outlet Pressure of water.
- Temperature measurement devices will be provided to measure the Temperature of Water.
- Flow Control through Manual Throttling Valves & VFD connected to the Pump.
- Best “Accuracy” of ‘Unit Under Test’ that can be Tested / Calibrated (Recommended): ± 0.5%.
